Branding

Put your own name, logo and colour on the platform, and fill in your legal details.

Admins can put the agency’s own brand on the platform in Settings → Branding and support. Everyone who signs in sees it, including business owners.

The lifebuoy button at the top of every page links to this help center, which carries the InstaForge name. To send your team and clients to your own help pages instead, set HELP_URL in the server’s .env file to their address. Leave it empty to hide the help links.

Legal details

In Settings → Legal details fill in the company name, registration number, address, privacy contact email and governing law. They appear on the built-in Privacy, Terms, Cookies and How we use AI pages.

The legal pages are a careful starting point, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review them for the places you work in.

Email sending

Settings → Email sending shows whether the platform can send email (invitations, password resets, alerts, reports, booking confirmations) and lets you send yourself a test.
