In the first week
- Read every conversation for the first few days. You’ll spot missing facts faster than any report.
- Check Unanswered daily. Each answer you add means one fewer person waiting.
- Turn on the website chat first. It works while Meta reviews the Instagram app.
Better answers
- Exact prices as FAQs, never only in long text.
- Say what the business doesn’t do. It stops the assistant offering it.
- Keep creativity at 0 for customer service.
- Short system prompt. Three or four sentences about tone beat a page of rules.
- Correct, don’t rewrite. Use Correct in the inbox: the fix becomes an FAQ instantly.
More bookings
- Booking page in the bio, QR code on the counter.
- Starter questions that match the top three questions in Quality check.
- Follow-ups on for people who asked prices and went quiet.
- Offer the next visit for every service people repeat.
- Waiting list on, so cancelled times are filled.
Happier clients
- Give owners the portal and show them two things: answering questions and approving posts.
- Send the monthly report with a one-line personal note.
- Agree a response time for hand-offs, and check the Team page.
Content that sells
- Comment campaigns on every promotional post: “Comment PRICE”.
- Post what brought bookings, not what got likes. Check Post results.
- Before and after reels for any visual service.
