# Branding

> Put your own name, logo and colour on the platform, and fill in your legal details.

Admins can put the agency's own brand on the platform in **Settings → Branding and support**. Everyone who signs in sees it, including business owners.

  The lifebuoy button at the top of every page links to this help center, which carries the InstaForge name. To send your team and clients to your own help pages instead, set `HELP_URL` in the server's `.env` file to their address. Leave it empty to hide the help links.

## Legal details

In **Settings → Legal details** fill in the company name, registration number, address, privacy contact email and governing law. They appear on the built-in **Privacy**, **Terms**, **Cookies** and **How we use AI** pages.

## Email sending

**Settings → Email sending** shows whether the platform can send email (invitations, password resets, alerts, reports, booking confirmations) and lets you send yourself a test.
