# Restaurant or café

> Reservations, menus, opening hours and takeaway orders.

**Goal:** answer menu and opening-hours questions, take table reservations and pre-orders, and bring regulars back.

## Set-up in order

    It adds a table reservation question flow: date, time, number of guests, any allergies.

  <Step title="Knowledge">
    The menu (upload the PDF or a photo), opening hours, allergens, vegan and gluten-free options, parking, private events.

  <Step title="Shop for takeaway">
    Cakes, coffee beans, gift boxes for pickup. Turn on delivery if the café delivers.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Comment campaigns">
    "Comment MENU and we'll send you this week's specials."
  </Step>

  <Step title="Broadcasts">
    A new seasonal menu or a live music evening, to people who wrote recently.
