# Shop, gift cards and website chat

> Sell more and reach people outside Instagram: a shop, gift cards, a referral programme and the website chat.

These features belong to the client, so when a client has several assistants they all use the same shop, gift cards, referral programme and website chat. See [Clients and assistants](/getting-started/clients-and-assistants).
