# Team performance

> How fast each person answers customers who are waiting for a person.

**Team** shows how quickly customers who asked for a person get an answer, and who answered them.

| Number | Meaning |
| - | - |
| Typical wait | The median time from a customer's first unanswered message to the team's reply |
| Answered within an hour | The share of waiting customers answered within 60 minutes |
| People answered | How many waiting customers got a reply |
| Booked after their reply | How many of them then booked |

The **By person** table shows the same for each team member. **Waiting for a person now** (2) lists who's waiting right now, longest first.

  Agree on a target with the client, such as "answered within an hour during opening hours", and check this page in the monthly review.
